Support for Datatrac products is normally by email and all queries are generally responded to within 24hrs. Support is also given 7 days a week with a limited response at weekends.

Support history is available in Microsoft Excel format to provide an easy assessment of issues and can highlight areas for attention incorporating either changes to the product or training for the end user.

In our experience a third of all support issues are lack of knowledge by the user. Comprehensive manuals are provided including a troubleshooting guide, these should be used as a first line of support as the problem may be easily rectified by a little reading. Also it normally takes 24hrs for an email to leave the vessel and be replied to due to the nature of email communication from a seagoing vessel.
